HOW DO I GET THIS? WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

✅ Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and make a purchase. Do not worry about submitting the information we need to create your portrait at this stage.

✅ Once you make a purchase we will then send you an automated email with a link to the Portrait Order form. This is the form you submit to give us the details we need to create your Portrait design.

✅ We will be asking for information such as the type of superhero you want and the type of pose and background etc. We will then be asking you to send us photos - We usually ask for a nice clear image showing your face clearly.

WHAT HAPPENS THEN?

✅ Usually it takes 2-4 business days to make the first version of the portrait. You are then welcome to make revisions and we will work with you until you are happy to approve a design.

✅ Please remember that revisions take time which can be reduced with good quality photos and detailed description of the desirable outcome.

WHAT FILES WILL I RECEIVE?

✅ Once you approve the portrait design, the final high-resolution .jpg file and PNG file will be delivered - The standard size is 2400x2400px, 300dpi RGB.

✅ A PNG file has a transparent background that could be used as a watermark on website headers and images etc.

✅ High res files for print

You can then use the digital image to go to other suppliers and order custom birthday cards, birthday invitations, order a wall poster or other wall art etc
