FAQs, Delivery & Timings
When I purchase a Business Brand Pack, how will I receive my files?
✅ Firstly for each package you will receive the concept designs that we create from the information you provide on the order forms.
✅ On each package you then either approve a design or request revisions - on approving a design we will go on to create the various files included in the package.
✅ These files will then be sent to you by secure transfer with a link to download them.
I have noticed some nice signature logos with graphic design elements added such as a butterfly or car etc. How do I add this to my order?
✅ This is an add-on option that will be available to you once you have approved a signature design
Whats the next stage after I receive my designs?
✅ When we send you your concept designs each one will have a style number
✅ You will have the option of either approving a design or requesting revisions
✅ Once you approve a design that fits with your vision we will go ahead and build the entire set of files with that design
✅ We will provide you a link to the Style Selection form - This where you approve the style and the team will then create all the files
How long does it take to get my finished logo?
✅ Due to demand we will send the concept designs within 48 working hours (if you purchase during a sale event then this could go to 72 hours depending on the volume of orders) - Portrait logos are up to 5 days because these are hand drawn by illustrators.
✅ Once you get back to us with your decision we will create the full set of files within 24-48 hours.
So 4 days maximum but we usually have it done in 3 days as we like to please.
