When I purchase a logo branding package, how will I receive my files?
✅ Firstly you will receive the concept designs that we create from the information you provide on the order form.
✅ You then either approve a design or request revisions - on approving a design we will go on to create the various files included in your package.
✅ These files will then be sent to you by secure transfer with a link to download them.
I have noticed some nice signature logos with graphic design elements added such as a butterfly or car etc. How do I add this to my order?
✅ This is an add-on option that will be available to you once you have approved a design
Whats the next stage after I receive my designs?
✅ When we send you your concept designs each one will have a style number
✅ You will have the option of either approving a design or requesting revisions
✅ Once you approve a design that fits with your vision we will go ahead and build the entire set of files with that design
✅ We will provide you a link to the Style Selection form - This where you approve the style and the team will then create all the files
How long does it take to get my finished logo?
✅ Due to demand we will send the concept designs within 48 working hours (if you purchase during a sale event then this could go to 72 hours depending on the volume of orders) - Portrait logos are up to 5 days because these are hand drawn by illustrators.
✅ Once you get back to us with your decision we will create the full set of files within 24-48 hours.
So 4 days maximum but we usually have it done in 3 days as we like to please.
What we do like to say is “Your branding is forever and its more important to get it right than it is to get it quickly” - Please be patient as the wait will be worth it
What is the final cost? Are there any other hidden charges?
✅ The cost of a Signature Logo pack starts at just $39, a Brand Logo from $85 and a Portrait Logo from $89 - There are no hidden costs however you will have the options of buying some nice branding add-on products when you come to select your design but these are entirely optional
Is this site secure for purchases?
✅ Yes, Absolutely! We work with Stripe and Paypal which guarantees your safety and security. All site communication and data transfer are secured and encrypted
Do you save credit card details?
✅ No. Absolutely not. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers. The information goes directly from your computer to our payment service provider
