1) I have made an order but I think I may have entered an incorrect email address on the purchase form

2) I have made an order but did not receive the email with link to the order form

1️⃣ Have you checked your junk mail spam? The email would have come from orders@thesignaturelogo.com

2️⃣ Did you enter the correct email address when you made the purchase?

3) My Example Designs Have Not Arrived

1️⃣ Have you sent in your order form with the details of what you want in your logo?

2️⃣ Has it been more than 72 hours?

4) I would like a graphic design element added to my signature logo

1️⃣ A lot of customers request graphic design added to their signature such as a house icon, a butterfly, a vehicle or barbers razor etc

5) I have received my 20 designs but I would now like to change the logo name and have something completely different

1️⃣ In accordance with our terms any request to completely change the signature logo name will require an $18 fee so we can start the process again.

6) I have received my 20 designs and cant see how I select my style for final files?

1️⃣ The instructions for selecting your signature style are in the email you received with your designs. However if you have mislaid this then please see below.

7) I need some changes made to my completed logo files

1️⃣ It is understandable over time that your personal or business needs change and you may want to change certain aspects of your logo or branding.

8) I have a video intro included with my package but have not received it and I do not know how to get it

1️⃣ If you are a GOLD PACKAGE customer then you will have a video intro as part of your package

ANSWER: The intro video will be sent via WE TRANSFER around 48 hours after you receive your logo designs - please check junk mail


9) I have filled in the form for my video intros but I have not received them with my files

1️⃣ All video files are sent 24-48 hours after you receive the logo files. This is because we need to create the logo files first and then send the video team the job.

2️⃣ The video files will be sent the same way as your logo files, - via WE TRANSFER so please look out for the email.

ANSWER: If it has been 48 hours and you still do not have a WE TRANSFER email then please firstly check junk mail and if still nothing then please get in touch via the CONTACT US page.


10) I have a free color file with my package but have not received it?

1️⃣ If you have ordered the Ultimate Signature Logo Package then yes, you have high resolution color of choice included in the package

2️⃣ If this color file has not been selected by you and we have not been informed of your choice then please see below answer

11) I made an upgrade / add-on order but have not received anything via email?

1️⃣ Email would have come from orders@thesignaturelogo.com - Have you checked junk mail? Did you receive a payment link for the upgrade product and has this been paid?

2️⃣ Have you submitted the upgrade form giving us the details we require to create your upgrade product? This was in the same email as your payment link

3️⃣ Has it been 72 hours since you submitted the upgrade form?

ANSWER: Please go to the CONTACT US page and select “I have not received my upgrade order” and submit the form


12) I have lost my logo files! How can I retrieve them?

1️⃣ If you have made an order with us in the last 60 days then we will resend you the files via WE TRANSFER. Just go to the CONTACT US page and select I Have Lost My Logo Files as the reason for getting in touch.

2️⃣ If your order is past 60 days then the files are stored in our off-site storage and there will be a $19 fee to retrieve and resend the files and please see answer below

13) I have sent in my style selection but have not received my full set of completed files?

1️⃣ Have you been waiting more than 48 hours?

2️⃣ Completed files are sent via WE TRANSFER file service..Have you checked your junk mail for an email from WE TRANSFER?

ANSWER: If you cannot locate the WE TRANSFER email then please go to the CONTACT US page and select “I Have Not Received My Final Set Of Files”


14) I have a Professional Email Signature hosted with you. How do I make changes?

1️⃣ We will complete changes or updates for you and resend an install link - see below

ANSWER: Please go to the CONTACT US page and select “I want to update my email signature” and just provide the details in the message box.


15) I have received my files but when I try and use them they have a solid white background?

1️⃣ When you download your files from WE TRANSFER the instructions are to download and save the files as PNG files

❌ If you have saved the files as JPEG files this will put a background on the logo and you will not be able to see the white file or use it.

ANSWER: Go back to your WE TRANSFER download and start the process again. If your download has expired then please go to the CONTACT US page and select “My WE TRANSFER Download Link Has Expired”


16) I have received an AI file in my package but I cannot open it?

1️⃣ An AI File which is a Vector-based image is commonly used by graphic designers and printers and also acts as the source file of your logo

2️⃣ You will not be able to open this file unless you have the appropriate software. The AI file is mainly for the print industry. So should you require any signage or printing of your logo this is the file you should keep safe.

ANSWER: Please keep file safe and use it when you need assets printed such as signage or clothing etc


17) I have heard about the 30 x video intro pack. How can I by this?

21) The website says that you accept Bitcoin as a payment method. How can I pay using Bitcoin?

1️⃣ Yes, we accept BTC payments

ANSWER: Please go to the CONTACT FORM at the bottom of this page and select “I Want To Pay By Bitcoin” we will then generate an order number for you and provide our wallet address which is also shown below
