✅ Once you submit the order form the job will be automatically queued with the design team and they will prepare your example designs and send by email within 48 hours (this may go to 72 hours maximum if purchased in a sale period)

Whats the next stage after I receive my designs?

✅ Within 48 hours we will send 3 x Mock up logo designs to choose from based on the information and brief that you give us on the order form

✅ You can either approve the design or select a design and request up to 3 revisions

Whats happens if I want to request a revision on one of the designs?

✅ On your email you will have the option of choosing a style and requesting a revision to that style, for example you may want a different font, a change in colors or touch ups to the design etc

✅ Once a revision is requested we will then produce a “mock up” file to show you either for an approval or a further revision request

Whats happens if I want to approve a design?

✅ Once the Style Selection form is received we will then produce your final and full set of files within 24 hours.

What kind of files will I receive?
